About Charles Duong
With over 22 years of executive management experience in property, construction, finance, and digital sectors, I am a multi-disciplined professional specialising in institutional-grade asset advisory, acquisition, and greenfield development. My expertise lies in the identification, analysis, and acquisition of Land Lease Community (LLC and MHE) assets across Australia, where I collaborate closely with development, sales, and marketing teams to optimise investment strategies.
Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including:
- Director of Capital Transactions at Lincoln Place: Successfully oversaw and delivered a strategic acquisition plan to build a robust portfolio of institutional assets. My work involved leveraging origination channels, direct engagement, and consultant networks.
- High-Value Asset Acquisition: I have successfully acquired and integrated assets valued between $10m-$25m for institutional investors across Australia and New Zealand.
- Advisory Services with Construction Collective: Provided comprehensive advisory and due diligence services for LLC and tourist park acquisitions along the east coast of Australia.
- Leadership at Manor Group: As a leader in sales and marketing, I drove +$18m in sales in the final year and consistently delivered year-on-year growth for Manor Group, a leading modular home builder in NSW.
